Creating an account with AdmitStudio is simple:

1. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation bar
2. Enter your email address
3. Create a secure password (must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers)
4. Click "Sign Up"
5. Follow the proceeding account verification process

Once registered, you can immediately access our free tier features. You can upgrade to one of our premium plans at any time.

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Log In" in the top navigation
2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Click "Reset Password"
5. Check your email for password reset instructions
6. Follow the link in the email to create a new password

If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

No, account sharing is not permitted per our Terms of Service. Each account is intended for use by a single individual only. Sharing accounts or credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

This policy helps us maintain the security and integrity of our platform while ensuring fair usage for all users. If multiple people need access to AdmitStudio, each person should create their own account.

To delete your account:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to "Settings" in the navigation menu
3. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section
4. Click on "Delete Account"
5. Confirm your decision when prompted

Note: Account deletion is permanent. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems, and this action cannot be undone.

Our essay support process is straightforward:

1. Start a new application for your target school or access an existing one
2. Navigate to the specific essay you want feedback on
3. Ask anything, such as brainstorming ideas, developing strategy, or getting feedback on your essay draft
4. Our AI analyzes your essay and provides comprehensive feedback within seconds

The feedback covers multiple dimensions including structure, content, storytelling, clarity, school alignment, and grammar. You'll receive specific suggestions for improvement along with explanations of why these changes would strengthen your essay.

Each essay support usage uses one AI credit from your daily allocation. You can revise your essay based on the feedback and submit for additional reviews as needed, using additional credits.

Our system analyzes your application materials and provides tailored feedback to help you showcase your experiences and achievements in the most compelling way. While our AI offers valuable guidance based on admissions best practices, it's designed to enhance your authentic voice and unique story, not replace it. Use our tools to refine your application while maintaining the personal qualities that make you stand out.

The AI evaluates multiple dimensions of your application materials, including:

While our AI provides expert-level feedback in most cases, we recommend using it as a powerful tool in your application process rather than as a complete replacement for your own judgment. The most successful applicants use our AI feedback as a starting point and then apply their personal insights to further refine their materials.

AdmitStudio offers three subscription tiers:

• Free Plan ($0/month): Access to our platform with 2 AI credits per day.
• Smart Plan ($24.99/month): Enhanced access with 20 AI credits per day.
• Premium Plan ($39.99/month): Full access with 50 AI credits per day.

Each AI credit allows you to use one of our AI-powered services once (essay support, resume support etc.). Credits reset daily, and unused credits do not roll over to the next day.

AI credits are the currency you use to access our AI-powered features:

• Each use of an AI feature (essay support, resume support, etc.) requires one AI credit.
• Credits are allocated daily based on your subscription plan (2 for Free, 20 for Smart, 50 for Premium).
• Your credit balance refreshes every day at 6:00 AM US Eastern Time.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next day.
• You can view your remaining daily credits in your account dashboard.

This system ensures fair usage while giving you flexibility to focus on different aspects of your application as needed.

Changing your subscription plan is easy:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to "Settings" from the menu
3. Click on "Change Plan" under the Account Management section
4. Select your desired plan
5. Follow the prompts to complete the change

For upgrades: The new plan and increased AI credits will be available immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

For downgrades: Your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, then automatically switch to the new plan. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's AI credit allowance until that time.

We do not offer refunds.

Yes, AdmitStudio is designed to be fully responsive and mobile-friendly. You can access our platform from smartphones and tablets with the following considerations:

• The interface automatically adapts to your screen size for optimal viewing.
• All core features are accessible on mobile devices.
• For lengthy essay editing, we recommend using a device with a larger screen and keyboard for the best experience.

We currently do not offer native mobile apps, but our web platform works seamlessly across devices through your mobile browser.

For document uploads, we support the following file formats: PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx)

For optimal results with our AI analysis:

• Keep file sizes under 500KB (0.5MB)
• Ensure documents are text-based and contains no images
• Remove password protection from files
