Creating an account with AdmitStudio is simple:

Once registered, you can immediately access our free tier features. You can upgrade to one of our premium plans at any time.

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:

3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Click "Reset Password"

To delete your account:

AdmitStudio offers three subscription tiers:

• Free Plan ($0/month): Access to our platform with 2 AI credits per day.
• Smart Plan ($10/month): Enhanced access with 20 AI credits per day.

Each AI credit allows you to use one of our AI-powered services once (essay review, resume review, profile evaluation, or interview preparation). Credits reset daily, and unused credits do not roll over to the next day.

AI credits are the currency you use to access our AI-powered features:

• Each use of an AI feature (essay review, resume review, interview preparation, etc.) requires one AI credit.
• Credits are allocated daily based on your subscription plan (2 for Free, 20 for Smart, 50 for Premium).
• Your credit balance refreshes every day at 12:00 AM US Eastern Time.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next day.
• You can view your remaining daily credits in your account dashboard.

This system ensures fair usage while giving you flexibility to focus on different aspects of your application as needed.

Changing your subscription plan is easy:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to "Settings" from the menu
3. Click on "Change Plan" under the Account Management section
4. Select your desired plan
5. Follow the prompts to complete the change

For upgrades: The new plan and increased AI credits will be available immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

For downgrades: Your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, then automatically switch to the new plan. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's AI credit allowance until that time.

We offer refunds under specific circumstances:

• 7-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.
• Limited Usage: You must not have extensively used the services (as determined by our usage records).
• Feedback Required: We ask that you complete a brief questionnaire to help us understand your concerns.
