No. Like any admissions service, we cannot guarantee admission to any particular college or MBA program. Admissions outcomes depend on many factors, including your background, the competitiveness of the applicant pool, and each school’s priorities in a given year.

What we do provide is expert, actionable guidance to help you present your best self—strong essays, polished resumes or activities lists, and effective interview preparation—to significantly improve your chances.

Creating an account with AdmitStudio is simple:

1. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation bar
2. Enter your email address
3. Create a secure password (at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)
4. Choose the program you're applying to (undergradaute or MBA)
5. Click "Sign Up"
6. Follow the subsequent account verification process

Once registered, you can immediately access our free tier features and upgrade anytime.

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Log In" in the top navigation
2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Click "Reset Password"
5. Check your email for password reset instructions
6. Use the link in the email to create a new password

If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

No, account sharing is not permitted per our Terms of Service. Each account is for a single individual. Sharing credentials may result in account termination without refund.

If multiple people (e.g., a parent and student) need access, each person should create their own account.

To delete your account:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to "Settings" in the navigation menu
3. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section
4. Click on "Delete Account"
5. Confirm your decision when prompted

Note: Account deletion is permanent. All your data will be removed and cannot be restored.

AdmitStudio offers three subscription tiers for MBA admissions support:

• Free Plan ($0/month): Access to our platform with 2 AI credits per day.
• Smart Plan ($24.99/month): Enhanced access with 20 AI credits per day.
• Premium Plan ($39.99/month): Full access with 50 AI credits per day.

Each AI credit lets you use one AI-powered service (essay support, resume/activities support, etc.). Credits reset daily and do not roll over.

AI credits are the currency you use to access our AI features:

• Each use of an AI feature requires one credit.
• Credits are allocated daily based on your plan (2 for Free, 20 for Smart, 50 for Premium).
• Your balance refreshes every day at 6:00 AM US Eastern Time.
• Unused credits do not roll over.
• View remaining credits in your account dashboard.

This system ensures fair usage and flexibility as you focus on different parts of your application.

Changing your plan is easy:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to "Settings"
3. Click "Change Plan" under Account Management
4. Select your desired plan
5. Follow the prompts to complete the change

Upgrades: New credits are available immediately; you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the current cycle.

Downgrades: Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle, then switches automatically.

We do not offer refunds.

Yes, AdmitStudio is responsive and mobile-friendly. You can access the platform from smartphones and tablets with the following considerations:

• All core features are accessible on mobile.
• For lengthy essay editing, a larger screen and keyboard may be more comfortable.

We don’t currently offer native mobile apps, but our web experience works smoothly across devices.

For document uploads, we support the following file formats: PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.docx)

For optimal results with our AI analysis:

• Keep file sizes under 500KB (0.5MB)
• Ensure documents are text-based and contain no images
• Remove password protection from files
